When we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure that it is in original purchase condition. All the paperwork, certification, box should be included. Upon approval, we will refund you.
Returns will incur a 20% cancellation fee for any materials that have been used or ordered shipping costs, handling, listing and etsy transactions expenses.

Return and exchange details
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item and return the item to us within 14 days. We will provide you with the return address. The items you return must be in unworn and undamaged condition, and all the original paperwork, certifications, and the box should be included. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to make sure it's in the same condition and we will issue your refund. Please note that customized items are non-refundable.
Care instructions
You should specially take care of your jewelry to prolong its life. Avoid its exposure to any strong chemicals, perfumes, moisturisers etc. Besides, we recommend to remove it before going to bed or before participating any physical activity. Store your jewelry in its original box away from humid conditions. Make sure that different pieces of jewelry do not rub against each other. For cleaning, you can gently wipe it with a soft cloth once a month.

Our rings are made to the U.S. jewelry industry standard sizes.
To learn about your exact ring size; we recommend to get your finger sized by at least two jewelers as they may use different methods. Please note that the sizes should be to the US standards. If you know your ring size in other units, message us and we'll provide you with a conversion chart.

All Altay Jewelery styles are carefully handmade in our studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a convo.

Terrible terrible. The pendant was like paper, the engraved letter has pealed out of the plate. I left a message when I received the package to let seller know it was too light. He never wrote. Terrible terrible and I need to be reimbursed
