Return and exchange details
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to begin the return process. Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. The return address in the U.S. will be provided upon request for quicker processing.
All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, including any accompanying packaging or certificates. Once we receive the item, we will proceed with your refund.
Please note that personalized/custom orders and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Sizing details
Our rings are made according to U.S. jewelry industry standard sizes. To determine your exact ring size, we recommend having your finger measured by at least two different jewelers, as sizing methods may vary. Please ensure that the measurements are based on U.S. sizing standards. If you know your ring size in a different measurement system, feel free to message us — we’ll be happy to provide a conversion chart.
Production Time
All Altay Jewelery styles are carefully handmade in our studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a convo.
Where will my order be dispatched from and are there any customs fees?
All orders are shipped from our Istanbul location.
For U.S. customers:
Since we are also registered as a U.S. business, you will not incur any additional customs fees or import taxes on your order.
For European customers:
As our company is also within European trade borders, you will not be subject to any customs fees or import taxes for orders up to 150 EUR.
For other international customers:
Please be aware that for shipments outside the U.S., there may be additional customs fees or import taxes that must be paid upon delivery. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any such charges.
Rush Order
Pending availability, we are happy to accommodate rush orders for domestic and international customers. Please contact us before you place your order to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline. All rush orders are subject to a rush fee for expedited service and require an upgrade to fastest shipping method. Rush Orders are NON REFUNDABLE.
Lost Packages
Please contact us immediately if you suspect your package was lost during transit. For domestic orders: If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we can remake your order for a replacement fee. Note: Some packages may require signature confirmation. Please check with your postal service to ensure they are not holding the package. For international orders: Due to customs processes, we must wait 45 days before filing insurance claims. Insurance claims are time-sensitive and must be submitted within 90 days of the original shipment date.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before showering or bathing — especially when at the beach, in the sea, or in chlorinated water. Avoid wearing your jewelry during physical activities such as exercise, gardening, or household chores.
Keep your jewelry away from household cleaning agents, especially bleach and other harsh chemicals. Perfumes, hairsprays, and similar sprays should not come into contact with gemstones or pearls, as they can compromise their integrity.
Make sure to remove your jewelry before applying makeup, lotions, or creams to prevent residue from settling into textures or gemstone settings. Any buildup can dull the shine and brilliance of your piece.
